Our Process
Flat Rates Shipping was established due to the lack of transparency in the moving industry. We've all heard horror stories of movers doubling and even sometimes tripling costs. Our long-distance moving service is a flat rate with no hidden charges.
We will send our local office to pick up your household goods. We will then crate your items at the local terminal before shipping them to your final destination. Inside pickup and deliveries are always included. However, you do have the option of a curbside pickup which will reduce moving costs. It's always best to speak with one of our pros.

Online Tracking
Visibility is important. Most moving companies don't offer manual updates, let alone online tracking. Flat Rate Shipping offers online updates of the process. You will know where your stuff is at all times.
Our tracking system is updated manually with notes so you can see what's going on and the stages of your move.

Long Distance Moving Insurance
Due to our process, insurance claims are below the industry standard of 20%. However, moving insurance is still essential. Insurance will be offered on every move but does not have to be purchased.
If you decide to opt-out of insurance, your move will default to the limited coverage of 60 cents per lbs. per article.

Booking your move is easy. We will first need to understand where you're moving from and to along with your item list. There is no move too small for us to handle. Once we have the details of your move, we will email a full moving quote which will cover everything door to door.
